Move over Mozart!

Coleman LOVES to play the piano. And I love that our piano is electric, volume control!

Time-Out!

Time-Outs have become a regular occasion in our home. The sequence of events usually goes something like this:
"Coleman, don't do that..."
In return we get this smile:

At 18 months, he has already learned the "You can't be mad at me if I smile and act cute" move.

Round 2: "Coleman, stop it." Then he laughs at us, like this:

"Coleman, do you need to go to time out?" Then he gets more serious:

After many warnings, it's off to "Time-Out"

Memorial Day Weekend

The Keil family headed down to Capitol Reef for the long weekend. I was nervous about the 3 1/2 hour drive but Coleman was a champ! He had a portable DVD player and stayed entertained almost the entire time... Thank you Monsters Inc!
If you are wondering what Capitol Reef looks like... so am I! It rained the entire weekend and we stayed at our campsite. The one afternoon that the rain cleared up, it was too muddy to do anything. Oh well, family bonding around the fire.

Coleman had a great time. He loved the mud. (Josh loves this picture. He thinks it looks like Coleman is holding up the cars)

The Keil Men I love Coleman's face in this picture... I don't know what he's doing.

The whole group on our last day.

Batter Up!

Aunt Melissa taught Coleman how to play baseball last Sunday.

He loved it! He walks around and says, "ba-Ball?" Josh is so excited! He takes him in our backyard and they play catch. The other morning Coleman found a baseball glove, brought it to me, said "ba ball" and headed for the back door.
We think with his build, we have a catcher in our midst!

Happy Mother's Day to me!

Coleman went to Nursery for the first time on Mother's Day. Hallelujah! This is Nursery Bear: We love him! The nursery leader brought it by our house a few days before Sunday. Smart Lady! Coleman loves the bear and in turn loves her for giving it to him.

What did you do at 2:30 this morning?

If you were a Keil, you were cleaning up vomit from a VERY sick 18-Month-Old! Poor Manny, he was so sick but hopefully he will be back to his happy, normal self soon.
(No Photos Available... You're Welcome)

A Mother's Day Preview:

This Post is really for my sisters, Mandy and Janae, but I strongly recommend this site to everyone! http://www.scrapblog.com/ I found this template on ScrapBlog.com and put the grandkids photos in and renamed the limbs from Aunt and Uncle to their names... What do you think?
I could have erased "generations of love" but I couldn't find another saying to go there (unless I wanted to pay for it... no thank-you!)
