 Coleman graduated from Preschool this week.  I'm so glad I decided to send him this year, he loved it.  He'll be returning for another year at Wonderland Academy (MWF)

This is my very good friend, Camille. She lives in my neighborhood. Today we showed up to church wearing the same dress (with a few minor differences). We had several people tease us about planning it. What can I say? The girl's got great taste :)

Giddy-Up

We went to our cousin Mark's house in Highland today. Mark has 5 horses on his property and was kind enough to let us go riding. I wasn't sure how Coleman would do. I tried to get him to ride a pony at Thanksgiving Point last summer and he wanted nothing to do with it. I was pleasantly surprised, he LOVED it.

Mark let Coleman feed the horses.

After riding Mark took Coleman for a ride on his motorcycle.

Final

Surprising news today.

I called the 4th District Court in American Fork to check on the proceedings of the divorce. At first she couldn't find record of our case. Needless to say, this was very concerning. I began to worry that our paperwork had been lost and we would have to re-file... yet again! Finally, she found it and unexpectedly said, "Here it is. Judge Thomas signed off on it March 8th."

Um, excuse me?!?!
I asked her to repeat that (several times). "Yes, it's finalized. You're divorced. Congratulations."
Um, thank you?!?

I feel like I experienced EVERY possible emotion in that 2 minute phone call.

Joy

Relief

Happiness
Hope

Anger

Sorrow

Fear

Gratitude

Frustration

Hurt

and ultimately Peace.

This decision to divorce was not one that was made lightly. I'm grateful for the atonement. I know that this is right. I'm grateful for opportunity I have at a second chance.

Happy New Year

2011- I can honestly say that 2011 was the hardest year of my life. Difficult decisions were made. I'm looking forward to 2012 and the changes it will bring.
